Brick and Mortar:
Returns
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase to receive a refund. Merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached and be accompanied by a receipt.
Returns made after 10 days will be issued a store credit at the current selling price.
There are no returns after 30 days. (We offer an extended return period for the Holidays - please enquire if you have any questions prior to your purchase.)
*Sale items may be returned within 10 days for store credit only at the current selling price. Sale items purchased at or below 50% off may not be returned.
If you do not live near our Wickford location we do accept returns by mail. Please call 401-294-6266 or email returns@greeninkboutique.com to let us know you will be making a return. All above policies apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Purchases Made Online:
Returns of merchandise in original condition and with tags attached will be accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipment date. If you are making an exchange for another size or color of the same item please email us as at returns@greeninkboutique.com as soon as possible so we can hold your desired item.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
Please indicate the reason for the return on your invoice.
Returns not in original condition or received after 30 days will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
Sale items are final sale.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Brick and Mortar:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks and Cash.
Online:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you wish to pay by personal check your order will be held for 10 days to make sure your check has cleared.

Our Checkout pages are secured by an SSL Certificate, which means your sensitive data is encrypted before being transmitted.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information.
All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS based on your preference at checkout.
